С 18 по 22 сентября в Смочи в Отеле  Свисс-Отель Сочи Камелия состоялся Страховой бизнес форум "Вызовы года 2014".

Выбор места не случайность. Ведь именно Олимпийский город Сочи соответствует настроению людей, которых не пугают трудности - российских страховщиков.

Страховой рынок стоит на перепутье. Куда двигаться? Какие перспективы есть в следующем году? Как действовать в ситуации экономической стагнации?

Эти и другие важные вопросы страховой отрасли обсуждались на мероприятии, собравшим 92 участников из 56 Российских и Зарубежных компаний. 

Аудиторией форума стали генеральные директора и их заместители, финансовые директора, главные бухгалтеры, руководители направлений страховых организаций, журналисты отраслевой прессы.

Впервые на подобном мероприятии присутствовали страхователи. Особенно важным было участие на форуме представителей регулятора - Центрального Банка России.

Участники рассказали, какие вызовы, по их мнению, ощутил страховой рынок в текущем году. 

Дмитрий Силаев, коммерческий директор ООО "Юзабилитилаб": - "Мне кажется, что основной вызов - это скачек во взаимодействии с клиентами."

Александр Кругляков, генеральный директор ОАО СК "Пари": - "Самое существенное - это те вызовы, которые возникли в автостраховании, как в КАСКО, так и в ОСАГО".

Алексей Лайков, генеральный директор ООО "Страховой брокер "Рифамс": - "Как мне представляется - это внешние угрозы для российского страхования, связанные с продолжением санкционной политики".

The insurance market is at a crossroads. Where to go? What prospects are there next year? How to act in a situation of economic stagnation?

These and other important issues of the insurance industry were discussed at the event, who gathered 92 participants from 56 Russian and foreign companies.

The audience of the forum were CEOs and their deputies, financial directors, chief accountants, heads of directions of insurance organizations, journalists, trade press.

For the first time in such an event attended by insurers. It was especially important part in the forum of representatives of the regulator - the Central Bank of Russia.

Participants were told what challenges they think, felt the insurance market in the current year.

Dmitry Silaev, commercial director of "Yuzabilitilab": - "It seems to me that the main challenge - a race in the interaction with customers."

Kruglyakov Alexander, CEO of SK "Paris": - "The most essential - these are the challenges that have arisen in motor insurance, as in the hull, and the CTP."

Alex Laikov, General Director of "insurance broker" RIFAMS ": -" It seems to me - is the external threat to Russia's security, associated with the continuation of sanctions policy. "

Samiev Paul, CEO of rating agency "Expert RA" - "Call - a drop in demand and against this background, hard struggle for profitability."

All the relevant questions have been put to a general review. In the open form, participants discussed the problems and prospects of development of the Russian insurance market.

Great interest was aroused by the comments and the representatives of the Central Bank, and the ability to obtain new information from the first hand was positively noted by all the participants.

An important objective of the forum was not only to share their views, but also to develop proposals to address the most pressing challenges of the insurance industry.

And of course, despite the seriousness of the issues raised, it was not possible not to plunge into the atmosphere of the resort city of Sochi.

The format allowed participants to communicate to participants in an informal atmosphere.

Support and expand business contacts with partners. Friendly evening was upbeat note which completed forum. Now the insurance business forum is planned to be carried out in Sochi every year.

Павел Самиев, генеральный директор рейтингового агентства "Эксперт РА": - "Вызов - это снижение спроса и на этом фоне сложно бороться за рентабельность."

Все актуальные вопросы были вынесены на общее рассмотрение. В открытой форме участники обсуждали проблемы и перспективы развития российского страхового рынка. 

Большой интерес вызвали выступления и комментарии представителей Центробанка, а возможность получить новую информацию из первых рук было положительно отмечено всеми участниками.

Важной задачей форума было не только поделиться мнениями, но и выработать предложения по решению наиболее острых проблем страховой отрасли.

И конечно же, не смотря на серьезность поднятых вопросов, не возможно было не погрузиться в курортную атмосферу города Сочи.

Формат мероприятия позволил участникам пообщаться участникам в неформальной обстановке.

Поддержать и расширить деловые контакты с партнерами. Дружеский вечер стал оптимистичной нотой завершившей форум. Теперь страховой бизнес форум планируется проводить в Сочи каждый год.
